Buying property in Altinkum: stage 1
Once you have decided on the property to purchase, a deposit will need to be made to reserve the property. At this stage we will check that the property is debt free and arrange for you to sign a contract with the seller. If you wish to
have the contract notarized then you should notify us at this
stage. You can also take the keys to the property if you are not purchasing off plan.
Buying property in Altinkum: Stage 3
Your solicitor will apply for
approval on the military search. This
can take up to 3 - 6
months. After the permission has
been granted from the military, the process can begin to sign for the
title deeds. This normally takes a week once the buyers tax has been
paid.
Buying property in Altinkum: stage 4
The title deeds office will inform us of a time and date to attend along with the seller in order to sign over the title deeds. Once the transfer of title deeds has been completed, we will ensure that water and electric meters are in your name and help you with quotes for insurance etc
