You will be given bank details so that you can transfer money from your home based bank account to the sellers bank account. This way there is an official record.

Answer: This varies depending on the property you choose to buy. Before agreeing to any purchase you will be given a full payment plan detailing all extra costs and dates applicable when purchasing.

in Turkey.
